She is the daughter of Debbie Clark and John Foote. She graduated from high school in Sedalia in 1993.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michelle married her husband, Christopher, in 1996, and together they have three sons: Matthew William and Michael. Over the years, their family lived in Kansas City, and the Emporia, Kansas area where Michelle continued her education and professional growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She earned her Bachelor\u2019s degree from Emporia State University in 2008, followed by a Master\u2019s in Library Science in 2011, and a Master\u2019s in Instructional Design and Technology in 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since September 2014, Michelle has served as Director of Library and Academic Resources at State Fair Community College\u2019s Donald C. Proctor Library.
